Quality Policy

To meet our objectives of continuously improving the quality of our services in order to address our customers’ challenges related to sourcing critical electronic components for their production, we have established the following quality policy for the key stakeholders and activities of Agora Sourcing.

1. Our Customers

As a customer of Agora Sourcing, you can expect to be met with professionalism and high-quality services. We often assist customers in critical situations for their business, which is why we focus on continuously improving our processes, ensuring that customers consistently experience high quality throughout all phases of their collaboration with Agora Sourcing.

We strive to be our customers’ preferred supplier for sourcing and procuring critical electronic components. Customer care is a top priority for us, and we emphasize maintaining ongoing dialogue with our existing customers. Therefore, we have set a goal that no more than 30 days should pass between our contacts with our existing customers.

2. Our Services

At Agora Sourcing, we base our services on the needs of our customers. Our core services include sales and sourcing of electronic components for both large and small companies within the electronics industry. Customers should experience services that fully meet the agreed terms regarding product quality, quantity, price, and delivery time, among other factors. All services provided by Agora Sourcing must comply with applicable laws, values, policies, and objectives within the relevant field.

Mistakes can unfortunately occur. When they do, we are committed to identifying the root cause, correcting the issue, and learning from it to prevent similar errors in the future.

3. Our Suppliers

To deliver a high level of quality to our customers, we place strict requirements on our suppliers. Therefore, Agora Sourcing only works with suppliers who are ISO 9001-certified and who provide new, original products in their original packaging, as per item numbers and agreed pricing.

To maintain a high standard of quality, we evaluate our suppliers annually and aim for at least 8 out of 10 active suppliers to have a quality rating of at least 4 out of 5.

Agora Sourcing ApS is committed to adhering to this quality policy, as well as all agreed requirements for customers, services, and suppliers, in compliance with applicable legislation. To ensure continuous improvement in our management system, Agora Sourcing has established a set of quality objectives accompanied by corresponding action plans.
